Are you licensed?

Yes we are and details of our licensing are proudly displayed on site.

Are you insured?

Yes we are fully insured for all dogs on premises and liability for their care.

Can I meet the team and see the facilities before bringing my dog?

Of course you can, we would be delighted to meet you and show you around.

How are your team trained / what qualifications do they have?

All staff are trained in animal day care and we continue to invest in continuous professional development for all staff.

Will my dog be supervised at all times?

Yes indeedy, try tearing us away!!

Do I need to book on the same day each week?

No absolutely not, you can choose which sessions you wish, whether it’s a regular or one off or occassional.  But be quick as we are very busy

What do dogs do all day?

Wouldn’t you like to know the secret life of pets?  We have scent training, agility, sensory equipment, playtimes, walkies and of course, nap times!

What about getting dirty?

We don’t worry so much about us, but we do worry about our furry visitors.  Should they get muddy paws, roll in something they can’t resist or just generally get a bit muddy, we will ensure they have a warm hometime bath and dry them off for a nice-smelling pooch to return home

Is Barking Heights right for me?

Only you can decide what’s right for your pet.  What we can provide is an enriching daycare environment where dogs have the best day ever, enjoy fun activities and grow in confidence too.

It’s really important that Barking Heights suits your dog so that he/she and their friends can enjoy the best experience, so we cant accept all dogs as some dogs don’t cope as well with being away from owners and can find day care a tad over stimulating.

What happens if my dog doesn’t get on wtih another dog?

We are proud to accept social dogs.  Our ”Is Barking Heights Right For You” ethos will ensure all dogs are happy in one anothers company.

It’s therefore unlikely that yor dog will not socialise with another dog.

Its usual for dogs to form their own social groups with dogs at daycare, who enjoy similar activities!

Do you acept only well trained dogs?

Uhhhm NO!  We have experts and a happy, social dynamic team helping with training. You might find that your dogs training / behaviour improves after attending daycare!

What happens in an emergency?

We will assess, then call you. If we can’t get you we will contact either your nominated vet practice or, depending on circumstances, our nominated vet care.

How do you transport the dogs?

 We have vehicles, with the appropriate restraints and insurance to transport your dogs
